HOW IT WORKS
Download and import the STL files into your slicer. Print the master, mold-box parts and locking clips. Dry-fit all components before pouring silicone. Apply a suitable release agent when required. Assemble the mold box and pour your chosen silicone. After curing, remove the printed tooling and use the reusable silicone mold for casting.

PRINT SETTINGS & FIT
Set layer height, walls, infill, supports, temperature and speed in your slicer for the chosen printer and material. Preview all layers and check the build volume before printing. For a mold assembly, apply the same scale factor to every matching component and test the fit before pouring silicone. Smooth and seal the master as needed for your casting finish; follow the silicone manufacturer’s compatibility and curing instructions.

DIGITAL PRODUCT
This is an instant digital download. No physical horse sculpture, silicone mold or printed component will be shipped. A 3D printer, slicer software and silicone mold-making materials are required. Print settings, supports and material selection should be adjusted for your own printer. The finished product photographs are illustrative examples.
