HOW IT WORKS

1. Download the STL files after purchase.
2. Import the files into your preferred slicer.
3. Adjust the print settings and scale if required.
4. 3D print the master, mold box and locking components.
5. Prepare and assemble the mold-making system.
6. Apply a suitable release agent when required.
7. Pour compatible mold-making silicone.
8. Allow the silicone to cure according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
9. Remove the master and use the finished silicone mold for casting.

PRINT SETTINGS & FIT
Set layer height, walls, infill, supports, temperature and speed in your slicer for the chosen printer and material. Preview all layers and check the build volume before printing. For a mold assembly, apply the same scale factor to every matching component and test the fit before pouring silicone. Smooth and seal the master as needed for your casting finish; follow the silicone manufacturer’s compatibility and curing instructions.
