PRINTING NOTES

MOLD-MAKING USE
Print and prepare the master, dry-fit the matching box and clips, then use suitable mold-making silicone according to its manufacturer’s instructions. Casting supplies are separate. Choose materials compatible with your finished silicone mold and test your process before repeated production.

PRINT SETTINGS & FIT
Set layer height, walls, infill, supports, temperature and speed in your slicer for the chosen printer and material. Preview all layers and check the build volume before printing. For a mold assembly, apply the same scale factor to every matching component and test the fit before pouring silicone. Smooth and seal the master as needed for your casting finish; follow the silicone manufacturer’s compatibility and curing instructions.
