MOLD MAKING & CASTING
The printed master and mold-box components can be used as part of a silicone mold-making workflow. Silicone and casting materials must be purchased separately. Depending on the silicone mold and the material manufacturer’s specifications, potential casting applications include plaster, gypsum-based casting compounds, white cement, fine concrete and decorative epoxy resin. Material compatibility, release agents, curing conditions and demolding requirements must be checked for your chosen process. Compatibility with every casting material is not guaranteed.

3D PRINTING
A 3D printer or printing service, slicing software and suitable printing material are required. Print orientation, supports and settings depend on your printer and the selected part. Check dimensions in your slicer before printing. If resizing the assembly, scale all mating components consistently.

PRINT SETTINGS & FIT
Set layer height, walls, infill, supports, temperature and speed in your slicer for the chosen printer and material. Preview all layers and check the build volume before printing. For a mold assembly, apply the same scale factor to every matching component and test the fit before pouring silicone. Smooth and seal the master as needed for your casting finish; follow the silicone manufacturer’s compatibility and curing instructions.

INCENSE USE
The waterfall smoke effect requires backflow incense cones and a suitable airflow path. Results depend on the finished piece, cone placement and surrounding air movement. Direct plastic prints and ordinary epoxy castings should be treated as decorative pieces, not as surfaces for burning incense. Functional incense use requires an appropriately heat-resistant finished material and a suitable noncombustible cone holder.

FINISHING
Color, surface finish and texture appearance depend on the printing or casting process and any painting or finishing applied. STL files contain geometry only; the colors and smoke shown in the example images are not included.
