TWO WAYS TO CREATE

1. PRINT THE ORIGINAL MODEL
Use the standalone STL to print the leaf design for decorative display, finishing or use as a master pattern.

2. MAKE YOUR OWN SILICONE MOLD
Print the master with base, mold housing parts and locking clips. Prepare and assemble the printed tooling, then use suitable mold-making silicone to create your mold. Once cured and demolded, use the silicone mold with a compatible casting material.

The printed mold housing holds the silicone during mold making; it is not itself a flexible silicone mold.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• A 3D printer or access to a printing service
• Slicing software compatible with STL files
• Suitable printing material
• Mold-making silicone and compatible casting material for the molding workflow
• Surface preparation and sealing supplies as required by your materials

PRINTING & PREPARATION
Import the files into your slicer and check their size, orientation and fit on your printer’s build plate before printing.

Choose layer height, supports, wall thickness and infill to suit your printer, material and each part’s geometry. These files are not supplied as pre-sliced G-code.

If resizing the mold-making set, scale all matching parts consistently and check the fit of the clips and connection points. Inspect and seal the assembled housing as needed before pouring silicone.

Surface preparation affects the finish of your silicone mold and cast pieces. Follow your silicone manufacturer’s instructions for material compatibility, release agents and curing.

INCENSE USE
For burning incense, the finished holder and any coating must be suitable for heat and hot ash. Do not assume that a standard plastic or resin 3D print is suitable for this purpose.

PLEASE NOTE
