Create the product directly with a 3D printer or use the included mold-making files to produce silicone molds for casting.

This digital bundle is designed for makers who want more than a standard STL file. You receive files for both the finished product and the mold-making workflow, allowing you to create prototypes, masters and repeatable cast products.

The product consists of two main pieces: the burner body and the removable upper bowl.

TWO WAYS TO USE THE FILES

1. PRINT THE PRODUCT

Import the STL, 3MF or OBJ files into your preferred slicer and produce the model with your 3D printer.

Compatible with common slicing workflows such as Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio and similar software.

Printer settings, supports and orientation may vary depending on your printer, filament, scale and nozzle size.

2. CREATE A SILICONE MOLD

Print the supplied mold-making components and use them to create a silicone production mold.

After making your silicone mold, you can cast compatible materials such as:

• Stone powder composites
• Resin
• Epoxy casting materials
• Plaster
• Concrete-based casting materials
• Jesmonite-type casting materials

Always confirm that your chosen casting material, release agent and silicone are mutually compatible.

IMPORTANT MOLD-MAKING TIP

FDM printed surfaces naturally contain layer lines.

For cleaner silicone molds and smoother finished castings, we recommend sanding and sealing the printed master before pouring silicone.

Use a fully cured sealer compatible with your silicone system and always make a small compatibility test before producing the final mold.

SCALE

The models can be resized in your slicer software.

Please remember that changing the scale can also change:

• Wall thickness
• Candle clearance
• Mold thickness
• Material usage
• Overall stability

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Standard PLA/PETG 3D prints should not automatically be assumed safe for direct use with an open flame or high temperatures.

If the finished burner will be used with a tealight candle, the final material must be appropriate for the intended temperature and application. Heat/fire resistance depends on the material and production method used.

The files themselves do not constitute fire-safety certification.

This listing contains DIGITAL FILES ONLY.

No finished burner, silicone mold, candle, resin object or other physical item will be shipped.

Etsy currently allows up to five digital files of up to 20 MB each and directly supports ZIP and STL uploads; because 3MF and OBJ are not listed among Etsy’s native digital-file formats, I would package the full bundle in ZIP files.

Digital purchases are downloaded through Etsy after payment confirmation. Etsy also notes that digital downloads currently need to be downloaded through a browser/computer rather than directly through the Etsy app.
