Important: If this package follows the same structure as your previous products, the original product model is STL + OBJ + 3MF, while the dedicated mold system files are STL.

TWO WAYS TO USE THE FILES

1 — PRINT THE ORIGINAL MODEL

Import the STL, OBJ or 3MF model into your preferred slicer.

The model can be used with common 3D printing workflows such as Bambu Studio, Cura, OrcaSlicer and PrusaSlicer.

Print settings will vary depending on printer, nozzle, filament, layer height, supports, orientation and scale.

2 — CREATE A SILICONE MOLD

Print the supplied mold-making components.

Prepare and assemble the mold system, then use suitable mold-making silicone to create a reusable production mold.

The finished silicone mold may be used with compatible casting materials such as:

Stone powder composite
Casting resin
Epoxy
Plaster
Concrete-based casting materials
Jesmonite-type materials

Always verify material compatibility before full production.

SURFACE PREPARATION

FDM printed masters naturally contain layer lines.

For smoother silicone molds and cleaner cast pieces, sand the master where necessary, clean away all dust, and seal the printed surface using a fully cured coating compatible with your silicone system.

Always perform a small silicone compatibility test before pouring the final mold.

CANDLE / TEALIGHT SAFETY

The lifestyle images demonstrate how the finished design may look with a tealight.

For a directly filament-printed version, an LED tealight is the safer recommended option.

Standard PLA, PETG and similar printing filaments should not automatically be considered suitable for direct exposure to flame or candle heat.

If producing the item through a silicone mold, suitability for real candle use depends entirely on the heat and flame properties of your chosen casting material.
